Been a customer for almost 3 years as my prescription provider restricted the range of pharmacies and I've just never been particularly happy with their service. Expensive yet often delayed, website is difficult to use because it's really buggy, particularly in the checkout, they regularly update it in ways that break it more, and customer service is really lacking. They very suddenly increased the cost of my medication and postage without any warning, taking the total cost up by £10 to a total of almost £60 for 30 days. Since they're working with yet another new system that doesn't seem to be working properly, I've been waiting a week for them to actually process my prescription. This is the last straw to be honest, currently looking for another pharmacy to dispense.

After struggling to find a local chemist that stocked my medication, I decided to try online chemist, Clear Chemist. I was slightly apprehensive about sending my prescription in the post but I needn't have worried. The service was excellent and my prescription arrived by Royal Mail Tracked delivery ( free of charge to me as it was an NHS prescription) a few days later. Very happy and relieved to finally have my medication.

I have a repeat prescription for each month. It takes minimum 2 weeks after the approval to get the pills. Very disappointing. All of my other experiences are good but this delay make the whole service unpredictable.

I don’t physically understand how the cheapest delivery option is £7.99 and is Royal Mail 2-4 days when delivery from another prominent pharmacy is £7.99 and is guaranteed next day 1pm. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I ordered a box of IQ gel catheters on line. The item was shown as in stock, the ordering process was quick and easy, and I received an email confirming the order.
I later received an email stating that the item had been dispatched.
Sadly the order wasn’t delivered.
I received no communication as to why the order hadn’t been fulfilled, just a credit note for the money I had paid for the item.

Simple process. Ordered, confirmed, delivered on time .
The product was a described and works perfectly .

Used my chosen name on the package but put my deadname on the medication itself?? Thanks now I have to look at that every day ?

The speed of which my prescription was supplied, although the communication could have been better when I requested the prescription via GenderGP. I had to chase it up on-line after hearing nothing more, following the request.

The pack of the product was torn, looked tattered. It was very dissappointing to receive the product like that.
I will advice that all prodicts to be sent out to customers is double checked before you sent it out.

I was told they did not have a prescription so they sent the money back. When I referred them to an earlier email from them saying they did have it I had to pay again. Sorted in the end but I was weeks without medication as a result.

My medication arrived promptly and in good condition. There were some glitches with the website while trying to order, and the shipping cost was quite high, but otherwise very happy with my experience.

Could not get my eye drops in London, do not know why, you got them for me with no trouble. When i need some more, i will send my prescription straight to you. Thank you for your help.
